Study Tour for Tbilisi City Agglomeration Development Agency (TADA)

In July 2010, within a USAID financed project, Nicolae Taralunga coordinated a study tour of representatives from TADA in IHS in Rotterdam, and metropolitan agencies in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Lille. The objective of this study tour was to provide the participants with examples of practical experiences from metropolitan agencies operating in European areas, and to support them in the process of establishing Tbilisi City Agglomeration Development Agency.
