Description of IHS Romania SRL activities:	Design a three day training course in the core elements of local economic development for a mix group of LPAs and CBOs members and deliver it Assist 12 JILDP communities in conducting participatory identification and defining LED priorities and elaboration of a Local Economic Development Plan based on the existing Local Socio-Economic Development Strategies
