Anniversary of the Monumental Ensemble in Targu Jiu

For the 75^th anniversary of the Monumental Ensemble “Heroes Way” made by Constantin Brancusi in Targu Jiu, Sorina Racoviceanu participated in the events organized by the Municipal Cultural Centre Constantin Brancusi and gave a presentation in the conference “The genesis of the brancusian ensemble”.

Because IHS Romania has developed the Management Plan – Component of the application for the nomination of the Monumental Ensemble in Targu Jiu on UNESCO World Heritage List, according to the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention, the presentation stressed the role of this document in ensuring the integrity and sustainability of the ensemble, and its integration in the economic, social and cultural life of the community.
